Make heavy and awkward loads easier to manoeuvre
Moving heavy equipment often requires significant physical effort, particularly when loads need to be turned, repositioned or manoeuvred within confined spaces. Omnia’s omni-wheel technology enables loads to move forwards, backwards, sideways and rotate, helping reduce the physical effort associated with repeated repositioning. From heavy pallets and equipment carts to maintenance and ground-support applications, multidirectional movement can make demanding manual-handling tasks easier and more controlled.
Safety
Greater control when moving equipment
Heavy or difficult-to-manoeuvre loads can create additional handling challenges, particularly in busy workshops, warehouses, maintenance facilities and confined environments. Omnidirectional movement gives operators greater control over how a load is positioned and allows equipment to be moved directly into place without repeated turning, lifting or repositioning. By simplifying the way loads are handled, omni-wheel technology can support safer and more controlled material-handling processes.

Material handling becomes inefficient when loads must be repeatedly turned or repositioned before they can continue through a process. Omnia’s omni wheels and multidirectional roller systems allow loads to be moved, rotated and redirected from a single surface, helping streamline movement between workstations, production areas and logistics processes. About Us
Omnia Wheel exists for one reason: omni wheels. They’re our sole focus—and the passion behind everything we do.
Our journey began with Henry Guile’s early investigations, inspired by the biblical “wheel within a wheel” reference in Ezekiel. While the concept dates back to patents from 1919, the real breakthrough was engineering omni wheels strong, smooth and durable enough for mission-critical use.
Building on Henry’s work (and later his son, Graham), we set out to achieve this, and evolved from Rotaroller in the early 2000s to Rotacaster in 2003 with the first mass production of our 125mm wheel. Today, as Omnia Wheel, we continue to pioneer fully injection-moulded designs and patented manufacturing methods and supply to multiple locations around the world.
